Role overview
* To develop and review new authorization policy to serve Premier credit and debit card customer segment legitimate transaction needs and ensure credit and fraud risks are controlled and managed to an acceptable level
* To initiate actions to increase transaction authorization approval rate and improve customer experience.
* To ensure card transactions are compliant with regulatory policy, card schemes requirement and internal policies. Develop credit card authorization policy to improve transaction pass rate and control fraud risk within HBCN risk appetite
* On-going monitoring & reporting of the newly developed card authorization and stand-in performance
* To deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degrees or above
* More than 5 years working experience in credit/debit card authorization field - ideally with working knowledge and experience of fraud strategy rules within SAS Fraud Management system
* More than 5 years working experience of authorization policy, procedure and transaction monitoring
